Kent Arnold is a licensed Realtor of seven years and is currently a broker in Arkansas and Texas.  He is a native of Jonesboro, Arkansas, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from University of Central Florida in Orlando. 

After graduation he worked as Construction Superintendent for Kent Arnold Homes then moved to Dallas, Texas to act as Vice President of mortgage brokerage firm World One Financial.

He then worked with Henry S Miller III, whose family founded the Henry S Miller Company, the largest independent real estate brokerage firm in Texas. Mr. Miller’s newest venture, HSM Partners, is an international real estate consulting firm focusing on retail in sustainable developments. Kent was involved with business development, commercial and retail leasing, financial management and market trending.

Currently, he works as an Associate Broker with Henry S Miller Commercial with national clients such as Starbucks. He is the retail consultant on Dallas’ newest mixed use project, La Reunion Town Center. He is leasing over 150,000 square feet of retail space in the 30 acre development. He is also currently leasing over one million square feet of retail space in projects in Texas, Arkansas and Kansas.

Kent is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Arkansas Association of Realtors, Jonesboro Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. As a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, he attends the annual ICSC conference in Las Vegas and regional conference in Houston. He also is a certified e-Pro.

He serves the Dallas community by volunteering as a board member for Genesis Woman’s Shelter.
