Brooke Arnold Kochel is a licensed Realtor with Arnold Group Real Estate. She is a native of Jonesboro, Arkansas, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Public Relations from University of Central Florida in Orlando. She studied Psychology at Harvard University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Development from Wheelock College in Boston.
She lived in Dallas, Texas for seven years working with Henry S Miller III. His family founded the Henry S Miller Company which is the largest independent real estate brokerage firm in Texas. Brooke assisted in the formation of HSM Partners, which focuses on international sustainable developments. Clientele included the largest eco friendly development in the world, Loreto Bay Company in Baja, Mexico. She gained extensive retail and commercial real estate experience working with urban, mixed use projects such as the historic Highland Park Village and its hip, younger cousin West Village in Dallas.
She also produced and launched the company’s denim line, Henry III Generation, based out of Los Angeles which is carried in major boutiques across the country including the prestigious department store Neiman Marcus. She also acted as the buyer for the company’s own retail stores and attended national fashion trade shows in New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Dallas.
Brooke is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Arkansas Association of Realtors and Jonesboro Board of Realtors. As a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, she has attended the annual ICSC conference in Las Vegas.
